Reservations Cancellation:Reservations must be canceled or altered by at least 72 hours before arrival of the guest.
Reservations that do not comply with this requirement within the specified period, or are no-show, will be subject to payment equivalent to 50% of the reserved stay plus tax at the rate agreed.
For reservations of 1 night will be charged the full night. This policy also applies to guests staying at the hotel (class check in) to shorten your stay beyond this stipulated period.
